If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.

How long will it take to process returns?

*After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund

Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank's billing and credit schedule.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

*Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service customercare@acupress.com or at 800-292-0186 to request an RMA number and for further instructions.
